Call it fate or call it coincidence - Spectrum Cellular Management was founded in 2017 to support a 90 year young lady who was convinced the nation’s largest telephone company was up to “shenanigans” on her rooftop. The large white equipment container in this image weighed five tons and was illegally installed in 2008 - resulting in significant damages to the building structure and a major lease default.
