Rob has overseen the deployment of thousands of sites for major companies such as Crown Castle, Ericsson, and Velotera Services, with responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, LTE carrier rollouts, and microwave radio installations across multiple states.

Michael Flores is the visionary CEO of Spectrum Cellular Management, dedicated to advocating for cellular landlords. After years of consulting for cellular carriers and witnessing property owner exploitation, Michael founded Spectrum Cellular Management to ensure landlords receive fair rental value, protection from FCC safety violations, and prompt repair of property damage caused by carriers.
Under Michael’s leadership, Spectrum Cellular Management empowers landlords by increasing rental income, enhancing FCC safety compliance, rectifying lease violations, and securing favorable lease terms. His deep industry knowledge, strategic vision, and commitment to integrity have positioned Spectrum Cellular Management as a trusted leader and strong advocate for cellular landlord rights.
Kyle Kitchens
Chief Technical Officer
Kyle Kitchens brings over three decades of microwave and path engineering expertise to Spectrum Cellular Management. Before joining SCM, he founded Kyle Wayne and Associates, Ltd., an engineering firm specializing in microwave and path engineering, known for its exceptional service. Kyle is one of the leading experts in the U.S. in 5G safety, RF Design, and RF compliance.
Kyle’s background includes serving in the US Navy, where he studied Engineering and Physics through the Navy’s Nuclear Power Program, and further education at Canada College in Business and General Education. His unique blend of technical and business skills makes him a vital asset to Spectrum Cellular Management, ensuring clients receive top-tier support in navigating complex technical challenges.
