Kyle is one of the leading experts in the U.S. in 5G safety, RF Design, and RF compliance.
Kyle’s background includes serving in the US Navy, where he studied Engineering and Physics through the Navy’s Nuclear Power Program, and further education at Canada College in Business and General Education. Rob has managed the deployment of thousands of sites for major companies like Crown Castle, Ericsson, and Velotera Services. His responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, LTE carrier deployment, and microwave radio installations across multiple states.

Raymond has excelled in leadership roles at companies like Ericsson, Metrocell Construction, and Diversified Communications. He has managed in-building RAN construction projects, RF daily operations, new communication site builds, and microwave backhaul installations, always ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
